Default Is this normal?

I just recently used my White Craft Pad to make a birthday card. Is it normally REALLY juicy? When I went to ink the stamp it was really messy with ink. Is there something wrong with the batch of ink or is this normal? Just curious, I never noticed this juicyness on my other stamp pads.

Very normal. I've had mine for over a year and it is still juicy although not as much. I do warn people that they only have to tap gently to ink up the stamp. I learned from a demo friend to store the craft pads so that the pad is NOT upside down. That way all the juicy is not at the top. Does that make sense? I know it is opposite of the classic pads but it does work.

HTH!

Thanks, I thought I might have had a bad batch of ink or something! I will store it upside down and see if that helps! Thanks again!

Craft pads are not like the regular stamp pads, they are more like "paint in a pad", so that's why it's extra juicy!
