I made some stones with black PS, Glassy Glaze, Antique Gold Glaze that has been discontinued by SU Wire Works Fabrico colors but I am sure Stazon would work. I will need to play with it because I am going to do a Shoebox swap at our next group meeting. I just did my first scan for this forum, hope it come out OK

I did an intaglio-type of thing with black polyshrink. Heat the polyshrink, and while it's still warm, press the stamp into it. You could also do some gold or silver paintpen on the indented or the raised areas to make them stand out more. I would attach a scan, but it's too big and I have to go pack for a dietetics convention I'm leaving for in a couple fo hours, so I can't fix it right now. Sorry!!!

You can cut out letters - either from coluzzle or quick cutz or sizzix or whatever - and polyshrink them for cards and/or scrapbook pages. I have seen this done and it is really really cool! :o

You will like it. Give it a try!

My upline stamped the spider web from Web Wishes on it and made some earrings. They were really cute!

If you cut two circles out of the black polyshrink and one circle out of white, you can make a faux Oreo cookie. After you heat up one of the black circles, immediately press an Oreo onto the top. The letters will be in reverse, but you still get the texture. After the other two circles are shrunk, use Crystal Effects to adhere the three circles together. The best part of all, you can then proceed to eat the rest of the package of Oreos while you work on your projects!

Pearl ex looks very cool on black shrink...use the intaglio method and then brush it onto the raised areas...

What about using the metallic pencils on it? (Haven't tried yet, myself, but curious.)
