Ok ladies, I am in need of some advice. My sister-in-law and I have starting selling our cards at local craft shows, and I am in the need of some type of display stand or something to show our cards off. I have a box marked with the cards in them, but people don't seem to want to look through them so I thought if I would find some type of stand to display them then maybe I would get more takers.......any suggestions??
Others have used the photo holders from Pottery Barn, but they are pretty pricey. I have also seen people use poster board with wire strung across it. They clip the cards on the wire rather than using the putty to stick them on the board. It looks much cuter.
My downline and I are trying to figure out how we can have our woodworker husbands make us one... there has got to be a way! We just need a prototype or something.

I've bought the wire card spinners from www.displays2go.com (couple of different sizes). It made a huge difference in the professionalism of the table set up and I definitely sold more cards because of the ease of browsing. The company's customer service was good, shipping was fast and affordable.
I just did a craft show on Saturday. I got a photo album with top loading pockets. I put the cards on the pages with clear photo corners. It really worked out great. The people could see the cards and they didn't get dirty. Oh, I used my dymo and put numbers on the pages and used index cards between the different cards with the same numbers. I think I solved my problem. Hope this helps.
My DH just cut me 4 boards, 1 x 6, 18 inches long, put 3 grooves in it, lenthwise. I can put 3 rows of cards in the slots/grooves. He rounded the edges and sanded it all and I sprayed them with varnish. The cards flip forward and back easily. Hope that makes sense. They are easy to handle, pack and use. The only thing that I found is that the cards need to be in those see-through envys so that the edges don't get damaged.
I bought a card display piece last year. It's a wood box with a drawer in front, only sits about 5 inches high. The top of the box has like 60 holes in it and it came with the little metal photo holder circle paper clips (3 different heights). I love it because it looks nice and I can open the drawer and stand the cards up in it. I bought it at Kirklands. I also pick up the individual photo holder clips whenever I see them on sale.
