Someone already posted a link to download the Holiday Mini in another thread: http://204.228.150.61/catalogs/flash...mini_en-us.pdf

the link didn't work and i am ok with that. i really just want the description because i have alot of christmas projects to do and need some holiday dsp but dont like what is offered in the main catty. i guess i could go to a source other than su but would rather not.

Choc. chip, Real Red, Cherry Cobbler, Wild Wasabi, So Saffron & Very Vanilla are the colors. I bought the paper from the mini and it is very pretty.

There are two different holiday DSPs in the mini. I like them both, especially Frostwood Lodge. A few of the sheets have a wood grain pattern, and some of them have really pretty plaids that look like Woolrich blankets. I think these will make really great masculine cards after the holidays, too!

BTW, I am describing the Holly Berry

maryrose 08-05-2011 04:17 PM

Holly Berry: choc. chip, real red, cherry cobbler, wild wasabi, so saffron, very vanilla. Looks like roses, poinsettias, holly, some polkas.

Frostwood Lodge: Cherry Cobbler, Garden Green, Early Espresso, Marina Mist, Whisper White. Papers look like birch tree, woodgrain, checks, plaids, and ledger paper.

Each paper has a stamp set that coordinates with it. Holly Berry has fabric and buttons that coordinate as well.

If that link doesn't work then try this one instead

Check out page 20 for the Holly Berry and 28 for Frostwood Lodge

THANK YOU! I'll be away for club in September and want to leave an order before I go. This helped A LOT!

fawall 08-06-2011 07:56 AM

Thanks for posting this - I'll be placing my big order in September now. I think this is one of the best Holiday Minis in a long time. Holly Berry Bouquet looks beautiful!

No, No, No!! Quit the torture!!!

I haven't seen a Stampin Up catalog in 20 years. And now I know why. It's because I want EVERYTHING!

Back in the day (as my son says) Stampin Up didn't carry 12x12 paper. And now they do. Being a scrapbooker first and a stamper second, this is a big plus for me ... and a big minus for my pocketbook.

This mini is going to be expensive for me!

bb&kk 08-06-2011 11:16 AM

I think this mini is going to prove expensive for many people. I could list the things I don't want and it wouldn't take up much space at all.

Not really sure but I don't think the Holiday Mini is supposed to be viewable online until September 1st. My demo said that she couldn't let me see it until then. I am an A*muse studio creative consultant and we can't post ours until the official release date.

It's not that is why I only asked for a description.

tay0479 08-06-2011 03:42 PM

Thank you all for the info and the link. I know know I will wait to order the DSP for my projects. I just don't like the main catty holiday dsp.

Maybe it's not, but thank heavens somebody DID share it. I'll be in Spain for September club but I can't wait til October to order Halloween stamps!!!
