We got second vaccine today, So far so good the first shoot hurt worsted then the second one. But, I am glad it over. We have church tonight. And I glad not sick and we can go. I think I am going to be fine now. Thanks Linda

That's great news that you got your second vaccination Linda. Even if you develop a sore arm or slight side effects, you know ypu're body is doing it's job to fight the virus if you are exposed.

Linda has a love of helping others. Through Dina, Linda learned of this worthy cause called Cards for Cubs that sends cards to foster children across the USA. The group has designated March as their campaign month.
The cards Linda and I make together during March will be sent to Cards for Cubs at the end of the month.

Thanks for the info and link Sonja. My husband has had several foster children back before we were married, and one of them is still in touch with us. My daughter-in-law grew up in foster homes as well, so this will be very meaningful to donate cards to them.
Off to check out the address and guidelines.

Hello Karen: I was never in foster.... But I know of foster too. And your posted touches my heart! This is really important too. I wanted see many kids help has possible. So thank you from the bottom of my heart! Linda

KEYWORD: WT833 Bugs Dr. Sonja had a great time making this card for a 7 or 8 year old foster child boy in the Cards for Cubs card drive. But, I know 7 or 8 year old boys think bugs are cool. Especially big ugly ones crawling everywhere. To increase the creepy factor, I added tiny thread feelers to several of the bugs. I can picture the delight of a young boy receiving a card with which he can make the girls shriek. How much more fun does it get?"
