I can't find Gamsol at Micheal's
 

Does anyone know where I can get this stuff?

I know you can get it at www.inkyantics.com, theirs comes in a small bottle with an applicator top. Or you might try a "real" art supply store, they might carry more brands that might include the Gamsol brand.

Hey there stranger. I have never been able to locate it at Michaels either. However, I purchased odorless mineral spirits at Home Depot and it seems to work the same.

At Michael's it's in the Art department. It's actually called Oderless Paint Thinner, it's made by Houston Arts and has a picture of Mona Lisa on the front. If you check the ingredients it says oderless mineral spirits. HTH

I am wondering, is the odorless mineral spirits that are in the paint section of Walmart similar? Shipping gamsol to Kodiak is outrageous and there isn't an art store around. So, I was wondering if I would have any luck with the other stuff.

Let me rephrase that... gamsol cannot be shipped by air.. and living on an island.. that is pretty much the only option.
