What is this method of cutting ribbon called?
My card is going to be publishes (so excited - first time) and I am writing the directions but have completely spaced out on what this trimming method of ribbon is called when you trim the ends into a fish tail like so >
The method has a name and I forget - can anyone help me?

I've heard it called bird's beak. I fold my ribbon in half before cutting so it's even.

LOVE THAT IDEA! I have seen this done a lot lately, and was worried when I tried that my freehand would look sloppy.
