Help! If you could pick any 3 sets from the current catalog what would they be? ( price does not matter) I have been stamping for awhile, and have some basics but nothing too fancy. What would you suggest? Let's hear it ladies

Since price is not an issue, I would pick everyday flexible phrases. That set is very versatile. I also love the canvas background. (you can use it with so much) and of course Simply circles. It can be a male or female set, winter or summer. But if you choose Simply Circles - Alphadots goes really well with it.
I would choose;
Canvas b/ground,
Wonderful Words (1 or 2),
In Full Bloom.
If you don't like flowery stamps, Shapes and Shadows is great and so versatile!
all year cheer 1 or an alphabet set
canvas
third I would go with some sort of design set--in full bloom is one of my personal favorites but it depends on your style, botanicals, shapes & shadow, whatever your thing is
I LOVE alphabet sets!!!!!!!!! Call me crazy. (or just an obsessed scrapbooker who stamps.) The top of my wish list is Simple Type alpha, Pure and Simple Capitals, and the Espress Yourself ( I know it is not an alpha--but look at my avatar ;)
I just love your avatar! I SOOOOOO miss Timmy's - cant wait till I am back in Canada. I plan on stopping at the first Tim's that I see on the way home from the airport!
Ohhh, do you have a birthday coming up?;) What's your style? If money is no object, pick sets that are more expensive because they also have more stamps. More stamps mean more options. I wouldn't buy one of the big background stamps because then you are locked into a 'look' that may get boring to you if it's your only option. I don't think I'd go for the alphabets unless I was into scrapbooking. Whatever sets you pick, just make sure "Happy Birthday" is one of your word stamps--so many of the cards I make are birthday cards!
A big set like Mini-mates, Shapes and Shadows or Botanicals (lots of options!)
A big floral or nature set that is your style (are you into realistic or cutesy?)
A sentiment set (All Year Cheer I, II, or III)
What a choice! Terrific Tulips or Roses in Winter.. definately.
Sincere Salutations (while they last) and various verses whichever appeal to your card creating. I created my own bkg canvas using window screen and the drywall tape idea is excellent too. Personally I would like every set in the catalogue which would only cost $5000 US or $14,335,882 CDN ha ha
