My two favorites are Cupcake Affair from Verve and Hey There Cupcake from Stampendous.

This is a cute one from The Angel Company

I, too, would recommend this set by Inkadinkado. I don't do many "cutesy" cards but I do like this set. The stamps make very nice impressions.

I also really like some of the Impression Obsession ones. There are a couple of individual stamps and one of a cake stand loaded with cupcakes. I don't normally do cute stuff either, but I am seriously tempted by these.

There She Goes stamps just released theirs, Cupcake Mix 'n Match, which allows you to customize your cake with different toppers and frosting decos. The set also comes with a cupcake tower and wedding cake, complete with stand. I love using it for paper piecing.

In addition to the special with TAC, there is also a set in their Serendipidy catalog.
