i just read this really cool news article [yes, i'm finally getting around to reading today's paper] about a local 17YO who has started a nonprofit focused on sending inspirational cards to children with life-threatening diseases.

i'm bumping this to the top. i'm sending cards this week - i have plenty that already meet the basic requirements [inspirational without being religious, not a "get well" card].

I am going to send her some cards AND a box of supplies...I am sure she would love some new supplies...What a great way to share some of my extras.
