I don't know how recent you want, but I ordered from them when they were first recovering after the fire. Everything was fine. I don't remember exactly how long it took, but obviously it wasn't overly long (because I would surely have remembered that). I am really happy with the products (bought a bunch of the guides for wheels). HTH.

I placed an order 2 weeks ago tomorrow and have not received it. I sent an email inquiring about the status of my order and do not receive a response. Do they normally take this long to process and ship an order?
