how many of you are starting to stalk up on the in-colors before they go.
I am ordering my last 3 colors of ink pads and reinkers this next week and ordering a pack of 3 colors of paper.then next month I plan on getting the other 3 colors.to have 1 full pack of each.I already have 2 packs of the mixed.so that should last me a while.I really like these colors and wish they had the wcc and pencils to go with them.Since I am planning on buying blender pens and adding the reinkers to them to have markers in those colors.

Count me in! I'm ordering the reinkers at my next stamp club and I've been adding a pack or two of paper to each order. I should have enough to last for a bit!

Count me in too, I've already got 2 bottles of each refills and 3 packs of each color of cardstock and I plan on getting more cardstock. I wish they would keep the colors but I am excited to see the new colors that come out.

In Color
I e-mailed SU to ask that they not discontinue those colors, especially Cool Caribbean. I did a "sampling" (apprx 20 colors) search on the Color Combo site and it had the 4th highest possible color combinations (47 . Oh they just can't take them away from us. Wonder if we all write, beg, plead and/or threaten if they will listen. Initally I refused to buy any of them, since we would have them for a limited time; however, I've seen the prettiest cards made with this versatile color. Now if have to have it.

I already ordered re-inkers and an extra paper pack of the two In Colors I own (Cool Caribbean and Cranbery Crisp). I think I will be getting at least 2-3 more packs of Cool Caribbean paper and maybe one more of Cranberry. I didn't like the other colors enough to justify getting them.

I currently have more cool caribbean paper than I do white and vanilla combined and I will probably order more before June. It's currently my favorite color to use and I waited so long for SU to offer a color like that. I hope they take it's popularity into consideration in the future. However, I'm sure excited to see what they'll offer next year.

YES, Yes, YES!! I have issues when there is something I can no longer "have", so I have to stock up! I've had some PP for years because I'm scared to use them because I won't be able to get more. I've gotten better and have just started using them because by the time I do they'll be "out of fashion" and I'll want something new anyway. So I'm getting over my issues....SLOWLY! But I LOVE these In Colors and don't want to be disappointed with the ones that come out in July, so I'll stock up on these for now!

I am not going to stock up, only because, when the old colors discontinued, I stocked up on those(four-five packs of each ) and hardly ever use them, as I have all of the In Colors to use. All I bought was one multipack of the In Colors, when they came out, and my goal is to have them all used up by the next catalog, so I can buy the new In Colors.

I will not stock up on cranberry or thyme. Wish I hadn't invested in them. However, I have the caribbean and marigold and already have tons of papers, the inkpads and 2 reinkers! I have enough for 2 - 3 years I think! Can't wait to see the new in colors

I have started stocking up on the papers, but had forgotten about the reinkers. So glad I have you all to remind me before it's too late. Guess it's time to place an order! I'm looking forward to the new colors, but have to agree that Cool Caribbean is one I hope we'll see in the next catalog.

Hmmm... I probably should do this, I hate to think what they'll cost on ebay when we can't get them in the catalog. I have SU party tomorrow, so will have to consider these colors....
I could've kicked myself for not loading up on the old Burgundy, and I was so glad to see Cranberry! I think I like Marigold more than Apricot, it's just a shade darker. I just held them together under a full spectrum light, they are great together for a two-tone look. Oh, have to agree with the majority here on Caribbean. And Buckaroo Blue is growing on me since I have only a boy and my dh to scrap for (they are both blue-eyed). Urrggghhh, I'm in deep doodoo now, there goes my NY resolution to buy less and use more! They are all great colors, there's no good reason to get rid of any of them .

Apricot and Marigold,I have to do that. My fav combo is the Buckaroo bule and Vintage Violet,I use silver as a layer and stamp with black, very elegant looking I think. I have not stocked up but will do a pack or two as new things come out they become my favorites too.

I've been stocking up with each order. My fav's are thyme and marigold. Does anyone think like I do that cranberry crisp is the same hue as the old baroque burgundy, just lighter?
stamp happy,

The 'In Colors' was a new concept with the last catalog. They said they would have them for only one year, so they'll be gone when the new catalog comes out end of July. Then they will come out with a new set of 'In Colors'. I guess it's to keep up with new trends.
A few years ago, they retired some of the regular colors and replaced them with new ones that are in the permanent family color groups. (that's why you'll see comment about the old vs. the new burgundy). I had a few sheets of the old burgundy and compared it to Cranberry, just a slight difference, but close.

I've only got Cranberry and Thyme, and while I DID just purchase a re-inker for both, I am debating stocking up on the cardstock. I NEVER use my old colours, even if I have the ink pad and paper, and I'm afraid it will be the same once these colours are retired...

I love Vintage Violet - I got the reinker, the ribbon, the cardstock and the inkpad (obviously...). I'm surprised that no one else has it down as their fave
I bought a mixed pack of 12 x 12 cardstock back in August and have yet to use a single sheet of cool carribbean or marigold morning - you've all inspired me to try harder

I agree- it's violet I'm stocking up on-2rolls of ribbon and 2 CS ink and reinker. I did get the others - but I did a really pretty card with violet, mellow moss and artichoke that is so cool- can't upload it yet - it's for a shoebox swap later this month and I don't want to totally ruin it for the guys. Having a workshop in June to really stock up!

I've got all the re-inkers already. And 1 pkg of each card stock. My favs are Cranberry Crisp, True Thyme and Carribean Blue, so I'll be getting a couple pkg of each on those. I like others, last yr when they retired colors, I stocked up and there they sit not being used. I am going to force myself to use them one day soon.
Maybe we need a challage using just last yrs retired colors.

While there are certain colors I adore right now, I've learned the hard way that stocking up isn't always the way to go. Colors come and go from year to year and the color you once loved will become a cardstock albatross around your neck. There is always something new and cool around the corner!

I plan to stock up, for sure because they are my favs of all of the SU colors. I was just waiting, and hoping, that SU would change their minds and announce their intent to keep the colors. I think they will make a lot of people customers for life if they go this route. Yes, I emailed them with my plea. I'm already out of the ribbon I stocked up on. Anyone have more?
