Default Where are CTMH stamps manufactured?

I purchased a number of CTMH stamps in the U.S. and I want to declare them at the border when I bring them into Canada. If the stamps are manufactured in the U.S. or Mexico I wouldn't have to pay duty on them. Does anyone happen to know where they are manufactured?

Thanks in advance for your help.

You might wish to go directly to the company... located in Utah... with an international expansion in Calgary as well. You will find a toll free number and fax here:

Hoping this helps.
