How long it too long?
 

I went to a SU party on November 26, and still haven't received my items. I know that it isn't a SU problem, because I placed a personal order after the party and have already had it for almost two weeks! I tried to contact the party demo, but the number was disconnected. I also tried to contact the hostess, and left a message, but no response. I am pretty disgusted. I know that I will eventually get my order, but I am just curious what you all have to say.

Do you have your receipt? if so please call Stampin' Up! and ask to verify that this order was shipped, arrived and find out when it all took place. Then tell them what your experience is and have it dealt with. There is no reason you should not have your order
