I'm a demonstrator and SU typically says 7-10 business days. I live in CO, so once the order ships from SU, it only takes 2 days to reach me (excluding weekends before UPS doesn't deliver). Five weeks is way too long in my opinion.

I think the longest that I've ever had to wait for an order was right around the new catalog time (July 1st) and that is only because SU was inundated with orders. Even then, I think it only took 5-6 days for an order to reach me.

So you STILL don't have your stuff???

I might just Call SU... 1-800-stamp-up

THAT is WAY too long... She at least needs to call you back.... My definition of "benefit of the doubt" only lasts a couple weeks.

You DEFINITELY need to call Stampin Up. 800-STAMPUP. If you have your order slip, great, but you shouldn't need it. Just tell them when you ordered and from whom, and how much money you paid. This is SO unacceptable...I'm so sorry it's happening to you. I am doubly empathetic, because I had the same thing happen to me years ago (not with SU but another home-party type stamp company).

That is way too long! I placed an order Friday, and it will be waiting for me when I get home today. Even in the BUSIEST of times, it has never taken more than 10 business days for my orders to get to me.

I placed an order Monday night, it came today. I placed a CDO yesterday, it's being delivered to her tomorrow.
Sorry your first order was botched.....DEFINITELY not the norm!

7 weeks is unacceptable any way you look at it! I'm a member my demo's hostess club and she always has my club order to me within 10 days, we place the order the night of the meeting and she always waits 2 or 3 days for any extra orders to come through and the club night is Thursday and most people don't get paid until Friday so she works with us there and then time for shipping, packing, ect. the longest I had to wait for an order from her was just over 2 weeks, it was a party order and the party did not close for a few days afterwards. I think her times in getting my orders to me and her customer service are great especially as she has 7 children to care for.
I would deffinatly call SU and see what they can do for you.
