Default Instead of a journal jar...

I haven't tried any of the little lunchbox things...but was looking at one today in the gallery that they'd made into a card organizer. Since I haven't seen one of these in person (and I'm not sure of the dimensions...and any MAJOR acidity issues) I had a question. For next Christmas I was thinking of doing a journal jar for a couple people...but in the past there has been the jar and the journal and a pen and a glue stick to do the question. Could one make a journaling lunchbox instead? Maybe print the question on the insert and have lined space and then on the back the recipient could either continue journaling or you could mat it for a related picture? You could do dividers for different categories (ie, early childhood memories, high school, marriage, etc). What do you think...would it work? What size are these lunchboxes? If it were a 4x6 standard size would fit into...I'm thinking the recipient could even then transfer the "cards" to an acid free album (where you just slip in the pictures) when they were done with it if they wanted.

I think it's a lovely alternative to the jar idea!
