Default Penny Black packaging problem alert

I just got an order from Ellen Hutson. Some of which was Penny Black product.

Three of them -a stamp and two dies are not the right product in the package. (The package is correct, the product isn't)

That isn't a fluke to me-that may be a packing problem over at PB. So I suggest if you have gotten any PB lately and you don't take it out of the package to store it-go look at it closely regardless of where it came from.

I have a message into EH. We will talk on Monday since I need an approval to return. I suggested to them to check all of their last shipment from PB.

I will send a note to PB too.

I had this problem once with MB Die ordered from EH. I didn't open the package until several weeks later and the wrong die was in the MB packaging. I called EH and they were aware of the problem but didn't know who got ones that were packed correctly or incorrectly . EH was very apologetic and sent out another immediately. She emailed me a return postage paid sticker to return the one I had. EH has great customer service and I'm sure she will correct the problem.

EH has been totally great about it and said they will go check their PB stock. I have always had very positive experiences with EH. I am to send them pics tomorrow.

Ugh-MB dies come in the very nice paper packs-you cant see what is inside them till you open them. At least PB is in clear.
