House Stamps
Hello everyone,I am searching for house images. I'm not picky about whether they are rubber, multiple houses on one stamp or individual houses.
I make cards for my church to send out to visitors and they have an image of a house on them. I've made over 150 cards with the same three house images for almost a year (SU's Holiday Home houses) and I want to change them up a bit. Please share your favorite house images. Thanks! |
Please no digital images. I need to be able to stamp them. Thanks again!

This is currently one of my favorite house stamp sets:
Stamp Set: House by Life.Love.Paper - Scrapbooking Kits, Paper & Supplies, Ideas & More at StudioCalico.com! They offer two stamp sets to fill in the windows: "House Guests" and "Holiday House." So many options! And the stamped pieces are adorable. I have an example in my gallery. |
I really love the houses from Papertrey Ink "Hills" series. There's a stamp set with different houses for every season:
https://www.papertreyink.com/stamps/...lls-stamp-set/ I also think this set is adorable! I purchased mine from a BST forum a few months back, but haven't had a chance to play with them yet. I love that there's a church to add to the mix, too! And they're solid image houses, so easy to stamp and no coloring. https://www.papertreyink.com/stamps/...ome-stamp-set/ Bitty Bungalows from Paper Smooches is another cute one: Bitty Bungalows I'm sure there are more (I'm kind of obsessed with houses), but these are pretty cute. |
Also have and love this one. Assume you don't want apartment buildings/skyscrapers? I have a few good ones in that category as well :-)

I love the Bitty Bungalows, and the Holiday Home ones, Mary Rose. I think I'll put those on my must get list.
Poppy, aprtrment buildings would be fine. I live in an area where there is everything from single family homes to duplexes/condos and even some semi-rural areas. I would like to make cards that represent all types of homes so feel free to share all kinds. No need for sky-scrapers though :) Thank you for the suggestions so far. I'll be making cards for the foreseeab;e future and I've noticed that I've had to make them more frequently and in higher quantities. I tend to get bored so I want a nice variety to choose from. |
Assume you may have already seen the Petite Places series by PTI:
https://www.papertreyink.com/index.p...=petite+places and this one: https://www.papertreyink.com/stamps/...ams-stamp-set/ and here's the one I have and I love: https://www.papertreyink.com/stamps/...ene-stamp-set/ |
Shoot. Someone asked about this recently-like the last couple months...and I cant find it.
I looked on ebay...which you probably did already... House gets you some but a lot of House mouse mixed in, home gets some but a lot of expressions mixed in...cottage however yielded a bunch of nice ones so try that. If these are ever "welcome to the neighborhood" kind of things, I like doing a bunch of mixed birdhouses. Just maybe for something different for you. Impression Obsession has a lot of nice detailed houses. I was about to suggest Papertrey's Boards & Beams, but I see Poppy beat me to it. There is an additions set to that one for the holidays. I have both and love them.
And I love the Hills series suggested by maryrose. There's a lot of versatility in Papertrey's Petite Places: Home & Garden: https://www.papertreyink.com/stamps/...den-stamp-set/ And Home Made also by Papertrey: https://www.papertreyink.com/stamps/...ade-stamp-set/ |
These are some of my favorites from Impression Obsession...

I recently purchased this set at my LSS. http://www.joycrafts.nl/product/3504..._Vintage_Homes
The stamps are quite large too. All approx 4" high. Skinnier houses are about 2" wide, and the others about 3.5" wide. |
If you are looking for something for new home, and a little out of the ordinary, then I highly recommend Suzanne Canon and Quietfire Design. She has a stamp set called Home -Congratulations! with five stamps. She does all the calligraphy for her stamps and is just a fabulous person all around. She ships promptly, has a silhouette design store, and the exchange rate between Canada and the US highly favors us right now. Oh, and about a year ago, she turned my sig line into a stamp. (Takes a bow).
