Default Holy Cow!!! I got a catalog from

Oriental Trading Co. in the mail today. Since when have they been in the business of selling cardmaking/scrapping supplies??? Wow--everything from eyelets to mini brads to Fiskars tools to paper to totes to pastels to punches to organizational stuff to tin containers to metal spiral clips (like from Hodgepodge Hardware), etc, etc.

I usually just glance at these catalogs then toss them, but today I happened to look at it a little more carefully. I couldn't believe my eyes. They're even offering free delivery on orders over $40.

Not sure that I'd order from them, and have no idea what the quality is like, but it's kind of fun to look at.

I got one too. I've never ordered from them. I'm wondering if we didn't end up on a mailing list somehow....... curiouser and curiouser... I'm not complaining by any means!!

brads seem to turn out to be the same price, but I like SU's quality better. Better heads on them than OTC's, but that's just mho.

Default You Get What You Pay For

As a general rule, Oriental Trading Post quality is generally what I would call "inferior", but it depends on what it is you are ordering. I haven't ordered their scrapbooking embellishments, but would love to hear the opinion of someone who has before I order from them. More to follow?
