Sequins & static

How do you deal with it? I like shaker cards, but both the plastic windows and the sequins themselves are static attractors, which means they're hard to handle, get (and stick) everywhere, and don't always move freely inside the shaker windows. You can't exactly rub clothes dryer sheets on all your sequins, so how do you confine the mess and wind up with sequins that move freely in a shaker window?

You can try swiping an embossing buddy or similar on the acetate and inside the shaker before filling it.

I've used a little cornstarch applied with a cue tip on the inside edge of the sticky rim.

I don't make shaker cards but when using sequins that have static, I rub my fingers and the rim of the sequin holder (small section in a multi-section holder) with a drier sheet, and then dump sequins onto the sheet, fold over and gently rub.
