Help w avatar resizing...

I have a picture I want to switch my avatar to, but don't know how to resize it and not make it all blurry. Any help out there? TIA Janet

Go to your profile....

I just did this... Go to your profile, go to edit avatar, clik the dot marked Use Custom Avatar, and then upload your picture by using the brouse button. You should be able to resize your picture using some pic editing software. Make it 80x80 or 15 KB. I am not sure why it would be blurry. Use Gimp (free to download from the internet) to resize. This works really well. Hope that helps. WHen you resize it, be sure to save it on the desktop or something so you know you are getting the right picture when you upload it. Good luck!.

OK..just went to the Gimp website...that is a lot of overwhelming information for someone like me who basically knows how to turn the computer off and on and hit "splitcoast stampers" in my favorites :) If I can email the picture to someone could they resize it for me? Is that a lot to ask...I don't even know. TIA
