Having trouble ordering from Hanna's stamp website

I am trying to order from Hanna's website and get all the way to the paypal portion and it won't go through. I have contacted Kristi early this morning and she suggested entering my name as a guest instead of logging in. This way I could just pay by Credit Card. I did that (several times) and because I already have an acct it won't let me do it without logging in. I don't think it is a paypal problem on my end because I can get into my paypal acct by going directly to www.paypal.com I even went as far as to by pass logging in on paypal and just going to enter a Credit Card like I was new. That does not even work. Kind of getting frustrated. I have not ordered off the new website since it opened. Anyone else having a problem or just me?

Contact Kristi with what you want and have her send you a Paypal invoice to pay for your items.

I hear your frustration. I have recently had some problems with Paypal on ebay transactions...even when I had the seller send me an invoice. My transaction finally went through but it took several tries. Unfortunately I don't know what the solution was. Doesn't paypal have live help? Maybe they can walk you through it.

Thanks. Kristi said she could send me one if I needed it. I just don't understand because I had no problem ordering before on the old website. Oh well I will just wait to get my invoice.
