I love organizational treasures! You will have a great time setting them up. ...wish my DH liked IKEA... I have to go by myself. He likes 'real' furniture--whatever that means!
Oh, I'm jealous. I need to get out there again and get a craft table. We have a Norden which was supposed to be my craft table, but became a dining table, so I want another. Also need some more curtain clips. It's always fun to just roam too though.
I went last week (with friends) for the first time ever. My husband and I were supposed to go together this coming week, but he's starting to subtly drag his heels and grump. I almost don't want to go with him if he's going to be a cranky pants the whole time, but I want to get back and buy more bygel baskets and rails. I suppose I'll have to decide which is more important: more rails or domestic peace. ;)

Lizzie, the rails will last forever. I find domestic peace is often short lived!
I have IKEA at walking distance (which is NOT good for my wallet...) and my last bought was a lamp called Lampan - what I've made of it can be seen in my blog.
I have four of the mini-drawers on my work table, and they do keep tons of things!

Love that table!! Can/would you tell me more about it please. How deep is it? Expensive? Do you by chance have a model number or name for it so I could look it up? Thanks!!!

Its a Lyckhem occasional table - found in the dining room section. $129
approx. H 35 x W 50 x D 35
What I loved about it was its height. its perfect to stand at and do some CBing or embossing plus the storage underneath. And its not too deep so it saves some room.

I bought some mini 9 drawer unit too. I have a feeling I'll be buying more of them.

Bygel rails - they come in two sizes 21 3/4" for $1.99 (500.726.45) or 39 1/4" for $2.99. there are also baskets and buckets you can put on them. They are found in the kitchen section.

Whhooooo I have the info...Now I am going to get some of these babies...I think maybe 50 or so because who knows when we will see an Ikea again...lol
blessings.
You just can't have enough of the Bygel rods and baskets! I'm just getting my room set up and am out of room already. I have one more rod to hang.
In the picture I have two long rods and four short.
I also bought two packages of drawer organizers in the bath section. The fit into the generic white cubbies (like from Michaels) I have in my scrap room and come with rails to install so they can be pulled out. I haven't used them yet but I'm sure I'll find a use for them. I think the package of three was around $17. They're called Anordna Mest and they also come in black.

those are great! Thanks for the post of your wall too. Very nice. Yup, I need another trip to IKEA.

I only brought 4 rods - looking at your picture tells me I should have bought more.

Thanks so much for the info. I'm going to check them out next time I'm in the city!
A brand new Ikea just opened in my town, woo hoo!!! I love the punch rails, if only I had someplace to put them. I don't think they'd look too nice in my dining room (aka my craft room).
Expedit is on list though!

DO NOT drag your DH there if he doesn't want to go!! Trust me on this one! lol It's wayyyyy too big of a place to be accompanied by a grump who doesn't wanna be there.
I find it better to get my DH excited about a specific item I know he'll love, show it to him online and then get him in there all happy and ready to buy. Then I pick out everything else I want. (This is pretty standard with all of my purchasing around DH!)
Otherwise, I go alone and have double the fun and double the bill! lol
I LOVE bygel rails...ummm...I have too many of them to tell you about LOL - but I have my punches on them and also a rail on a wall above my table to keep my table clear but all my tools close to hand...and now one under my table on the wall to house my cutting mats and trimmers...I've attached some photies (and yes, it was when I first decorated my craft room - trust me, it doesnt look like that anymore!!!)...the big ones also make fab magazine holders...
I love em - they are so cheaply priced - I have a few more in the closet to go up on the walls to house my ever expanding punch collection...eek!!! :-)

WOW -- that's the cleanest craft space I've ever seen! Thanks for the disclosure that it doesn't look like that any longer ----- I was feeling bad about myself LOL
