Question TAB PUNCH SUBSTITUTE

:confused: I don't have a Stampin Up tab punch but sure could use one for a project that I am working on. Do any of you talented people know a "substitute for the punch?" I have tried punching a circle and then punching two sides of the circle but it looks a little wonky. Since I don't have time to wait for one to be delivered I am hoping that you may have some suggestions. Thanks!

What other punches do you have? The only I could think of (haven't tried to do it though) is to use an oval punch - preferable the wide one - and maybe snip notches out of both sides.

What is your project ... knowing this might generate more ideas.

HTH and ...

I am making a Industrial Chic mini album and these would be Tab pulls for the pockets. I have searched High and Low for something similar to this punch with no luck. I have tried using the Colluzzle...no luck; I appreciate your help.

I would try using half of a curly label or designer label or modern label. Or you can make a rectangle and use the ticket punch on the corners to make a pull. Hopefully some of those ideas will help.
