Exclamation Help!!!How do you remove classic BLACK ink...

Please HELP!!! Does anyone know how to remove classic black ink from clothing? I dropped the ink refill on the floor and it splattered on my knit pants. I am soaking them in Tide and cold water right now.

try rubbing alcohol. I used it a lot when working at the bank with all those teller stamps, etc.

My sister got some on her white blouse. I had to wash it several three times in hot water to get it out. The trick is to not dry it until the spot is out.

Try windex or hairspray.

hairspray is my cleaner of choice for ink! It has taken black ink off of my kitchen table, hardwood floor, apron, and my kids. I hope it works for you!!

I haven't tried this either, but someone here once posted that Simple Green (full strength) is supposed to be great for getting out stains.

this happened to me a couple of months ago when my stamp pad slipped out of my hand and on to my shirt as i was trying to close it... of course it was one of my favorites!! so, i soaked in water immediately and then i just sprayed it really good with shout and rubbed it in and the washed shortly after and everything came out! yeah!!

Several weeks ago I dropped an inked stamp on my slacks and had the perfect imprint of the stamp on the fabric.....immediately sprayed Spray and Wash on the stain....let it soak in...then soaked in Biz overnight. It came out very nicely. I hope this helps you out.
