Default Help with baskets & blooms die

OK, I am really feeling dense here.... but I just can't figure this out! What piece is the bottom of the basket? The directions say to fold flaps of basket bottom, but I don't see another piece that has folds on it... .help!

The basket bottom is the piece that looks like a flower with a bunch of squared-off petals.

ahhhh... I think I was confused because of all the baskets I've seen that aren't that "round", but now I get it - they made their own bottoms! I might have to do the same because I need 20 of these, and it took me forever to get that round bottom attached!

Here is an excellent video of how to put these together.

Default another version?

While on the subject of this die-I thought there was a posting in which someone made the the basket longer-with a more rectangle bottom. How was that done or was it my imagination?

Yes - I have seen these. They basically cut a rectangle of cardstock 6"x7" and score 2" from each edge. On the long sides, cut the score lines up to where the intersect the crosswise score lines to create "flaps". Then you attach to the basket front and back.... kind of hard to explain, so I'll see if I can find the directions I saw with pics!
