I've never ordered from Papertrey and wondered if any of my fellow Canadians could give me info as far as shipping time and costs go? I'd just like to have an idea of other's experiences before I order .
I have ordered a few times from PTI and I usually get my parcel within 10 days, I live in Saskatchewan. The shipping cost is expensive but when I order I usually get alot of products so that the cost of shipping dosn't hurt to much. I agree with the other poster that if you have someone that you could go in with then that would be helpful to you both.
Very Expensive !!! I made up an order yesterday ..for only about 20.00 and the shipping was 25.50... I was not impressed and did not continue with completing the order ..I love their stuff but won't pay that kind of shipping.

Wow! That's just ridiculous!! Were you ordering some heavy paper, or just some light weight stamps? Thanks for the info!
PTI minimum shipping is $20 regardless of weight. I used to purchase 10 packages of the cardstock at a time to justify the price, but now I have go with Gina K because I like her cardstock better (pure luxury base weight 120 lb) and because she gives you better shipping and amazing customer service! I love PTI products, but I can't justify the minimum shipping charges!
The best thing I have found is to do a "mock order". Fill out and order as you usually would but don't submitt it in the end if you don't want to. This gives you the opportunity to she how their shipping costs work.
I use to order from PTI at least once or twice a month but once their shipping charges went so high that was it for me. At $24 shipping I found that to be ridiculous. Also for some reason this is the Only company that I ever had to pay duty charges on. I love their products but I've been able to find stamps and paper from other company's for a lot less and with reasonable shipping!
