The reason I asked is my Mom ordered a cuttlebug and folders. I had no info before she asked. She had a bit of difficulty....email stating her order would ship on a certain day, a week later, no order. She emailed twice and tried calling...no luck. She finally sent an email to someone else and got a response. Apparently the first email was approx. shipping date, I think it shipped 3-5 days later. She finally got her cuttlebug, but with a notice that the folders were on backorder. That was the first she been told that they were backordered. Luckily I had given her a die set, so she was able to play.
I am thinking/hoping that this was just a fluke. But I told her that I always research here before I jump in and order and have had great experiences. If you decide to try , let me know how you made out!
