Default New demo help

I am going to be a new demo in January. I will be having my first workshop with friends (some who have been to a stampin up party before). Any ideas on what to do for my first workshop? I will have the supplies that are included in the starter kit, plus a few more stamp sets. Should I place another order before the workshop to get some things to embellish the cards more, or just wait and order that stuff after this first party?

Thanks.....

Beth

On the SU website there is a sample workshop, under Training Tools. Do you have any accessories like eyelete, brads or punches?

definitely get on the demo part of this site as soon as you get your demonstratorship. It's awesome! Also, the SU! website itself is awesome. It has a starter kit workshop template that has 3 or 4 projects, and what's necessary to complete the projects.

One thing you might want to do is wait on placing that first order. You get a whopping 30% off your first order within 45 days. So if you can use that as an incentive for the people coming to your workshop, or you can use the savings to buy more supplies. I hope that makes sense. Kind of depends on what you want to do. Just something to think about.

Have fun planning!

I have an order made out for $253 right now for my first one... that is a bunch of cardstock, stamps and some ribbon along with a few must have's. I can't wait till I get my number so that I can see what stuff is on there to help!!
