i have a bunch from the retiring list; too many to count *lol* what's sad is that there are a few sets that i have to check and see if i have... (don't tell dh; definately a sign that i have too many sets.) surprisingly i only wanted like 6 sets, and even then i could probably shave a few off... from the size of the list i thought i'd want more!
however it did make me sad to see that some of my "first" sets are retiring.

I'm not sure of my exact number, but I CAN say that I'm glad I'm not a demo because I'd be hurting right now.

Glancing over the list, I already own about 20 of the sets on it (not counting the wheels). No big deal to me; since I'm not a demo, I don't have that sense of "I can't show that set any more."
I guess I will finally get Best of Cluck. I'm not quite sure yet about a few of the others I've been considering (Artifacts, Computer Quips, Natural Beauty).

I have 17 which is a lot for me as it's about 1/2 of my total stock. I'm still in love with them though - not a demo, so it matters not whether they are retiring or not.
Wish list includes 5. 3of them are BG's. Will probably purchase them and try to BST for the other 2.

I had a grand total of 20 retiring, that encluded the wheels and hostess sets. Not a demo either so its not as bad for me.

I'm not sure how many I've got that are on the list, but the ones I now need to get are Petal Prints, Balmy Breezes, Cheesecloth, Supersize Symbols and the Dry Brush wheel.
That's 5...not too bad. Not as bad as the wish list will be when the new catty comes out!!

I have 52 on the retiring list if you include Hostess sets and wheels. I'm not a demo so it doesn't matter in that respect. Can't say I'm very surprised with what is going...bring on the new stuff!

That doesn't include the seven hostess sets I have (but they were announced at the beginning that they'd be retiring - so not a shocker)

I hope they replace these sets with NEW favorites (that can compare to a lot of the ones they are losing)

I have 32 sets and 5 wheels on the retired list. Glad I'm not a demo or my budget would be in big trouble this summer.

I forgot to answer the second question. There are still a lot of sets I want, like RIW. I trimmed it down to 7.

I don't even want to count the ones that I have that are retiring...
It scares me to think how many I wont be able to use at demos now!!!!!
I will be very picky as to the ones I will buy though...you never know which ones will be in the new catty!!!

I have 19 of the retiring sets (plus 3 hostess sets)
What's scary is I want 40 on the list and that's after whittling 12 off! (plus I want several wheels) It's going to be hard to reduce that down 75% or more.
I thought last year's list was bad for me. This one is insane!!

I'll check back to you later quite a few. Just glad I'm not a demo to be losing all these sets. Not a good time for those who had a good majority of them. Yes they are nice to have, But if you can't demo them and they are only 1 year old or less. Not good from a business stand point in my words. You work so hard to buy these sets and then you can't demo them any longer. Huge bummer. It's like you have to start all over again. How disappointing this must be for some of you.

I have 54 sets that are retiring. I'd be hurting real bad right now if I was still a demo. I couldn't believe it when I counted 233. But since I am now a customer I actually got excited. I can't wait to see what they replace them with.

I have 23 on the list, but some I'd never part with unless SU comes up with something better (brighter tomorrow, tassel time, beyond the basics and I don't get rid of coffee sets. I have all of them.) I also have 3 reg and 2 jumbo wheels again probably not anything I'm willing to part with unless something waaay better comes along.
My wish list is short: 4 maybe 5 and I'll troll through the bst first.

I have 18 on the list, and 14 that are on my wish list. But I plan on looking at them again - I can probably cross off a few - hopefully quite a few! I definitely plan on buying Best of Cluck and the cheesecloth background stamp. One of my best friends is a demo and she's pretty bummed out about the list. I feel really bad for her. I'm going to host a party this month so that hopefully she'll earn enough to buy bunches of new stamp sets.

I have 25 retiring, there are none on the retiring list that I want though, so that's good, I can save my pennies for the new catty.

I have 16 that are on this year's list, but I only have one that I want - Autumn Leaf Prints. And I'm still debating on if I need it bad enough.
I am still going to be ordering more of the In Color paper and re-inkers. I know they are not on the list, but we all know they're going away. Am I the only one who just loves those colors and is sad to see them go??

I have at least 44 on the list and a few that I can't remember for sure (I'm at work).
I was thinking of signing up again to demo, but now I'm thinking I'm not so sure about that. Unfortunately, I've been doing more collecting and reading about stamping rather than stamping in the past year or so. Can't get back into it, but I'm really starting to feel the pull.
Can't wait to see the new stuff. I wish they would have given a list of tools and accessories!

I have 14 sets that retired. Boy I am upset! I can't replace 14 retired sets for current sets. I don't know how you demos do it. I now there are many of you out there that just had half of their sets retire. So Sorry!

I have six on the list, but I know I will keep using them. Especially Beautiful Beach (with Cheesecloth for a "net") French Script, and All Wrapped Up. Oh, and En Pointe--it's the only "serious" ballet stamp I've ever found. Anybody with a ballet dancer over the age of 10 will want it.
There's about 3 that I would like to have--
Were there more "new" stamps this year on the retired list, or is it just me?

Some of the demos reported having upwards of 80+ as a hit!!! I only took about 24 this year, not too bad. I will keep some, and sell some off.
As for *needing* any of the retired, nope. I want toooooo much of the new preview stuff- Great things to come!!!

Same here! I have 13 current (as of July 1) sets. Most of those are backgrounds.
Ugh. I'll be cleaning out major sets so I can basically start over.
