Cool Can you identify this stamp?

I just love this card, and would love to get the stamp....anyone know the company, or even who designed and made this card? I'm wondering if the hearts are also part of the set, as there are black lines around the outside of the hearts, can't tell if they're hand-done or not. Any help you can give me would be fabulous. Thanks

The sentiment looks like something from Verve, but I can't be sure. I would try looking on their site.
