Have you ordered from Ellen Hutson?
 

When you select an item on Ellen Hutson's website if the item is out of stock does it tell you right away? On some sites you can't place in the cart if it is out of stock, other sites you can place in the cart but is on back order and it tells me so right away. Other sites you don't know till later in the process.

If it goes in your cart, it's in stock unless it states it is a pre-order.

When Ellen's stuff is out of stock, it doesnt show on the website. She does have some "pre-order" stuff though that you can order ... but it is obvious to tell that it is a pre-order.

Yes, Super fast shipping and products were awesome. Packaged VERY well. I even got a little suprise gift. Some cute ribbon for ordering.

I recently ordered from her store and also got a surprise gift of some pretty cocoa ribbon.

Also, one item I'd ordered had a very misleading description. After debating with myself for a bit, I called to let them know. I reached a real pers:) on on the first try and described the issue. The lady looked at the web description, agreed with me, and changed the description to be accurate while I was on the phone with her. I was very impressed!

She also adjusted my order -- But most impressive was that the web page was immediately changed to accurately describe the item. I'm astounded at such good customer service.

I have ordered from Ellen a number of times and her customer service is amazing! I had a problem one day when I was trying to enter my credit card information. I had paid for a few orders with paypal and this time I wanted to use my credit card. For some reason the site wasn't accepting the numbers. i called, and yes, a REAL person answered the phone! I was calling from Canada so Ellen offered to call me back to save on my long distance fees, very thoughtful of her. I have a great plan for long distance so I wasn't worried, but I thought it was extremely thoughtful of her to offer.

It took about ten minutes but we were able to get the website adjusted so that it accepted my card numbers. It was so nice to have a friendly chat with someone while they were working on my problem.

Ellen's shipping is also super fast! The product is fantastic and Ellen and the other lady I spoke to were both amazing! you can't go wrong ordering from her store!

she only lists her in stock items and the service is outstanding! she is one of the best places to order from!

Ellen is awesome! You get the order so fast, great packaging, great service, surprise gift, a little stamped image colored in by Ellen, etc. You can't go wrong when ordering from her.

I just got my first order this week, and although there was no "surprise"... :( her service was AWESOME!!! I had done the "preorder" on the Nestabilities, but I didn't have to wait very long!! I will definitely be ordering again! :)

Ellen is wonderful. I called to place an order awhile ago and she picked up the phone. I didn't realize it was her on the phone and we had a long chat. She said she liked to answer the phone just to keep in touch with everyone.

I've ordered from Ellen several times and all of my orders arrive very quickly, neatly wrapped and packages, and with a little handstamped card from Ellen. I couldn't recommend anyone more than her.

I agree! I just got my big order in with a Wizard, the whole Nestabilities set and the Copic Spica Markers (they don't say Copic on them though?). I had problems with the site on the night of the sale and spoke to Beth the next day. They were awesome and got me all set up after several calls (they had to call Spellbinders for some info). No card with my order, but I did get the cocoa ribbon! I am now having fun embossing away. Ellen's is AWESOME!
