I can't wait for my new stuff to get here! Just wondering if anyone's had shipped yet - I don't have a tracking number so far.
BTW - is there a spot on the PTI site that shows the best sandwiches to use for the dies in the different machines? I got a couple of the dies for the first time in this order and I want to make sure I use them correctly.

I haven't been getting shipping notices anymore. Apparently once the new website is up we will start getting them again, unless they ship it to you UPS.
I ordered the morning after the party, no shipping notice and no stamps yet. I used all my Kraft paper and ordered more. I want my stamps and felt and such, but I NEED that paper!
I ordered later in the morning on the 15th, but didn't get my order yet. I use the same sandwich that I use for Spellbinders nestabilities. A plate - B plate - cardstock with die facing down - C plate.
I ordered on release night and my order came today. No shipping notice, and it came by USPS. I haven't gotten a shipping notice from them for any of the last several orders I've placed. They just show up within a week of when I placed the order.
With this order, I got my first texture plate. I haven't tried it out yet. I've got the mat set recommended and sold by PTI, but am worried because of comments on their forums about the mats not working with the plates. I won't get a chance to try them out until this weekend.
I ordered the on the 15th morning. No shipping notice, no stamps!! I was hoping it would be here for my day off Friday, to play with , but NOOOOO!! Oh well.
My order from 12:15 am on the 15th arrived on 5/20. My 2nd order from about 8 am on the 15th has not arrived. I would be interested to know how many thousands of orders were made in those 8 hours in between!
My order arrived yesterday and I placed it at 12:02am release night. My second order I placed at 1:15am release night hasn't arrived yet. Hopefully today! Can't wait to play this weekend!
I'm not sure if the order number sequence is accurate, but when I placed my second order at 1:15am there was a difference of 450 numbers in the order confirmation #'s!

I'm in Lake Oswego and I received my die order on 5/20 by USPS with my paper and stamps arriving via UPS on 5/21. All ordered right after midnight on release night. Yours must be very close
I ordered on the morning of the 15th. Got my UPS notification on 5/18 for scheduled delivery on 5/24. Which has been rescheduled for 5/26. I don't know what the deal is but every single time my order comes UPS, it gets rescheduled. It is really frustrating because by the time I get my stuff, I've usually lost my excitement and mojo to do anything with it.
I got mine yesterday and I'm all the way in Okinawa! I ordered as soon as I was able to on the 15th. Hopefully the mail truck is on his way to your house!
YEAH!! I received my order yesterday!! Does anyone else think the cloud dies are kinda small?

Each time I tried to order, they were out of stock (story of my life with PTI but I love them anyways). I am curious of the actual dimensions of them now that you mention their size.
Hmmm, I ordered about 9am on the 15th and no sign of mine. I did the order confirmation email that day but that's been it.
I ordered about the same day & time you did, and still don't have my package either. I did receive a confirmation, and it looks like my CC was charged on 5/21. I was hoping that meant my package was shipped on 5/21, but maybe not. USPS delivery is so slow for me - it always takes 4-7 days for delivery.

It is really frustrating because by the time I get my stuff, I've usually lost my excitement and mojo to do anything with it.
PTI prints UPS shipping labels in large batches, triggering the UPS notice to you with an estimated delivery date. UPS has to reschedule the delivery because PTI isn't shipping on the date they print the shipping labels. You can't fault UPS for not having to reschedule in these instances.

Lori - thank you for pointing that out. It makes sense. And I suppose I'm not really faulting anyone per se. I just find it really frustrating that it takes almost two weeks to get my orders. I know other west coasters get their stuff faster than me. I don't live outside of a major metropolitan area. It just boggles me a bit. I know my stuff will eventually get here.

PTI hired more people to help send out orders, but it certainly hasn't made the process any faster. I had my package more quickly last month. I love the product, but their shipping times are ridiculous.

I didn't mean "you" in the personal sense, but "you in the collective sense". Month after month UPS gets blamed for all the rescheduled PTI deliveries, and it truly isn't their fault because they are receiving packages from PTI days after the labels are printed. I'm with you on the frustration. I know the goodies are worth it, but I hate waiting.

I love the product, but their shipping times are ridiculous.
No package for me today either. It doesn't seem like shipping times improved this month, even with the addition of new staff in shipping. I usually order around midnight, but wasn't able to this month. It seems like ordering the next morning (on the 15th) REALLY slows down the shipping. I'm going to wait at least 2 weeks post-release to order next month. This should cut down on my frustration (at least I hope it does), plus give me more time to determine what I truly need to order vs. rushing to get all the new stuff in my cart.
