Default Need help matching SU ribbon color!

Which grosgrain ribbon color best matches Bashful Blue? I can't tell if Bluebird or French Blue would be best from the catalog. Anyone have both and can compare for me? I'm trying to put together my next order and don't want to get the wrong color!

I don't think either any of the grosgrain colors match Bashful Blue very well. I always use Bluebird with Brocade Blue, and French Blue with Bordering Blue. I think the closest match to Bashful is the light blue gingham.

I must agree JoAnn - the only thing I can recommend is using your white grosgrain and dying it with reinker. This actually works really well and you can have all 48 colors of ribbon if you have all 48 reinkers

I was trying to avoid having to dye the white grosgrain. I'm making about 40 birth announcements and being so close to having this baby I'm trying to find shortcuts. Maybe I'll check out the gingham and see what that looks like.

I just use my markers. Color both sides with even strokes and let dry a few minutes. Some colors turn out a little darker than the paper, but they definitely coordinate.
