I've been the hostess for a couple of "book" shows. Everything is the same except for the gathering of friends and demonstration. Same $$ levels apply for hostess benefits. I believe only $150 is required to qualify as a show, so sometimes when I am planning on ordering a decent amount, I just ask a few friends if they want anything. The last time, I was just hoping to meet the minimum and ended up with about $600 in orders!

Jana -

I sent you an email....

You could most definitely do a book show....when is your MIL visiting until? Do you already have a catalog?

And you should be proud to be a Coast Guard wife!!

Just did one, waiting for delivery tomorrow. SU is very flexible about everything, I think.

Talking Not a demo, just a customer, but...

I think you can put an order in with your demo for any amount, but to qualify for any hostess benefits it has to reach minimum $150. I have done this before, and my demo has my order shipped directly to my house since there's no one else's stuff on the order. I can't always reach $150 by myself but have "needs" that won't wait!!

Thanks ladies!! I knew I could get an answer from you all. I have a wonderful demo here, it was just too late to call her last night and ask. And I knew I could get a quick answer here.
