Has anyone here ordered from Scrapyland.com?
 

I have a shopping cart filled and ready to order at Scrapyland.com, but wanted to see if anyone here had experience purchasing from them? (Searching the forums here didn't net me much info.)

Poking around on their website, blog and forums gives me a pretty good feeling about them, so I'm leaning toward placing the order.

Cheryl, I've shopped with them many times and have never had any problems at all. Items ship quickly and correctly. I've also often used their pre-order feature for upcoming releases and never had any issues at all, including there ever being any more of a delay than they anticipated for the goodies to actually be released.

Just one opinion, but hope it helps!

I love shopping with them! Funny name, great store, lol. I've always gotten my orders quickly and with no problems. I say go for it!

scrapyland not serious at all !
 

I placed several orders, and received them.
:x BUT I never received the last one and scrapyland ("Dani")refuses to help me. He doesn't answer to my emails.
I'm french, I live in France, and I don't speak english fluently. It's very hard for me to explain exactly what I think.
This website is not serious at all from my point of view.
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SCRAPYLAND !!!:(

I just got an order with no problem. I did send an email about the hard time I was having with the pink atg and got a note back the next day saying that they had never had anyone else mention a problem getting the case open. However when I asked on here, many many others had experienced this problem. They told me to contact the manufacturer.

I too have ordered a few times and always been happy..I also love their exclusive nesties...I have them all.

I recommend them to ALL my scraping and stamping friends. Have dealt with them 2 years and have always been satisfied. Love their bundle sales and the stamps they've added this year.

First, they answer... that they can do nothing for you.
If you insist, they don't answer.
It is your problem, not their problem... Help yourself !
A friend of mine had some problems with them too, last year. I expected they'd improve their service...
I only ask them to ask the USPS to do some search about my package... They refuse !!! Their lack of "service" is incomprehensible !!!

Another vote of confidence for them here. I had a question before I ordered something. They answered right away. Fast shipping and a great deal on my purchase price.
