SU online demonstrators list

I have met two women recently who say they are SU demos, but their names don't show on the SU Web site when I search for ones in my area. Does anyone know how SU determines whom to list on the Search page? (Could it be by sales results either high or low, hobby demo or not, etc.?)

My former demo gave up SU for personal reasons. Ten women show on the SU site when I put in my ZIP code. Shopping for a new (conveniently located, creative, inspiring, motivated) demo is not easy. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Unfortunately, they now have to have an SU website to be on the demo locator. If they didn't give you a business card or a phone number, then I would contact the demos that do show up on the locator. Call and interview them to find the one that best suits your style and creative needs. Good luck!

ETA: the'll be listed in order of closest to the address you entered. Also, if you have names, you can put her name (or just the first few letters if unsure of spelling) on the right hand side and she will show up.

Actually, I think all demonstrators are on the locator/directory...only ones who have a website can participate in online ordering. If this is the case, I don't know why the demonstrators you were looking for weren't listed. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Not every SU demonstrator shows up on there. I choose not to have my name on the list because i am just a hobby demo. Maybe they chose not to be on the list?

If a demonstrator does not "opt in" or otherwise doesn't meet eligibility requirements as laid out in the Demo Manual, then you will not find that person in a search of the Demonstrator Finder regardless of whether they're active or not.

You have to opt in to be in the search.

where in maryland are you? my su! demonstrator does classes in towson... i'd be happy to pass on her info to you...
