It's a support forum for losing weight. If you want to join, you need to sign up (click on usergroups at top of page) It's a great place--hope to see you there........

Thanks so much for replying. I'm feeling extremely fat right now but then again, I'm 6 months pregnant! I'll check out the sight right now and if I like what I see, I'll definetly join in a couple of months! I was just so curious!

Hey Chipper...love that avatar...what a cutie! Thought I'd answer your question so that if anyone else has the same question and wants to peek they can... SOF! is a new usergroup at Splitcoaststampers. There are a few of us ( around 500 ) who need to lose a few pounds and have signed up to support one another.

I don't run over to your house and grab that warm chocolate chip cookie out of your hands but I do put you in a group of 4 other stampers who have weight to lose...and if you want to be in a group where they all have about the same amount to lose I can do that as well.

Then, you get to know one another, make a plan and hold one another accountable. That means that you have to email, send Private Messages (PM) and post often in the SOF! Forum. There are challenges inside for exercise and resources for different sorts of weight loss plans. And of course, we are always stamping to encourage one another by sending RAKS (cards and other hand stamped items).

After you sign up and get the notice by email you go to the Support Groups post and sign up for a group by telling Crabbyabbe how much you want to lose. She places you in a group and your group number is posted there. Then look for your group, make a post to find them and join in the other swaps and challenges as you lose.

I lost 7 Pounds my first week and I am on week 2. It is the most fun I have ever had on a diet, in fact it doesn't seem like a diet at all so maybe it isn't...whatever, it is working.

You can read the article attached to my signature for more information too!
