Tabitha Dromiack responds to emails at 7 Kids College Fund and is very helpful. Just wondering what position she holds in that company?

I don't know about the last name, but Tabitha is always the one that I have delt with there... I believe she owns it... and you are right... she is super helpful.

I ordered a few items from her recently and she was on the phone with me for quite awhile. She helped me with color selections of Dew Drops and Stickles.

She seemed very nice and was patient while I decided was colors fit my needs the best. I would definately order from her again.

Does it usually take more than a few days to ship in-stock items? I ordered last Monday/wee hours of the morning Tuesday (added 1 quick thing the next day) and the site still says "processing." I assume that means it hasn't shipped. Was hoping it would be on its way by now.

If your order contained the holiday A2 folders, up until yesterday, the availability indicated that those were shipping on Aug. 19. They were scheduled for delivery on Aug. 18. But, they were delivered yesterday!!! So, what I haven't shipped already today will be going out on Monday now instead of Tuesday.

I usually do ship right away, unless I indicate otherwise in the listing.

And, yes, I am the owner, e-mail answerer, packer, shipper and webmaster. So all credit will go to me for greatness and all blame is mine for the screwups!
