Hanna Stamps...Did you see???
I just clicked on Kristi's advertisment banner for Hanna Stamps and OMG it is an awsome set!! And FREE SHIPPING through October!!!!! Great price on the set too!!
I ordered mine at 8am this morning. Thanks to the enabling of StampOwl, I'll be buying these as often as the Papertrey stamps.
A LSS went out of business:( and the lady is having a garage sale-needless to say I spent $$$ there-then came home to find this. Yes I ordered-it's just so darn cute. I'd better stamp now-to justify the new rubbah.
Loved it and order one at 10 am! I hope they come out with releases like Papertrey. I love the anticipation leading up to the big reveal day Plus with FREE SHIPING and FREE BLOCKS (only for October) who could possibly resist!

I think that the Free part was that the shipping will be free even for the blocks. Not that the blocks are free.

Ok, I did it. I just bought my first non-wood mounted stamp - Hannah's Stamps. I also bought two of the blocks. Do these blocks work with any unmounted stamps or just the clear stamps?

They're universal you can use any unmounted stamps on all the blocks out there! Happy stamping

They're clear acrylic I believe... so cute... very excited about this new company, I'll definitely be getting Hanna eventually! Anyone know when the next release is? I'd like to order a few sets at a time especially if I like the next one.

'Cause I already got mine! Krissy lives in my area and actually was in a class I gave at the scrapbook store where I teach, so today she emailed me and asked if she could drop my set off to me! We met up at the store and made the hand off...so I get to play with mine all weekend! Woohoo!!

Ordered mine a few days ago (as soon as it was available) and can't wait to get it! Hopefully Krissy anticipated how many of us would want it.....and made enough! Hee, hee!
Yes, I thought Rubber Romance instantly too. There is also a company out there doing a whole series of women with stick arms that look just like Bellas. She has a blog and many, many of them. I guess when something sells you play on that. I am noticing that several of the new companies seem to be just a remake of the things that were hot for other companies recently. I really love those companies that have something truly new with each release like MFT and PT stamps.
After looking at the Rubber Romance site, I'm not seeing anything like the Hanna stamps...their images have a different style of rendering. I didn't see any kid images, so maybe that line has been discontinued.
I don't think there is anything new under the sun. Papertrey stuff isn't all that original either... I've seen similar images in older SU! catalogs or in the current one for that matter.
If you're going to look for absolutely original images, I don't think you're going to find many.

Okay I won't I'll just be mad instead! lol
i will admit that i think that this set is cute, although i do see where the inspiration came from. i don't plan on ordering it bc i have bellas and rubber romance, which i find similar. and at this point in time, i don't need any duplicates of themes, etc.
i think that the pub incentive is good for those looking to do this, but i wonder why it is so out of line with what other companies are doing. maybe some dt members can chime in here???
