Default Tissue paper garlands?

Ok, its probably (with probability = 100%) not a stamping topic but I didn't know who else I could ask except the all-knowing SCSers. I want to make these tissue paper garlands: http://jen-lowe-designs.blogspot.com...arland_18.html but don't know how to. Does anybody know how to make them or a tutorial that teaches?

TIA!

This looks the same http://nestingplacenc.blogspot.com/2...o-garland.html but with fabric - HTH with the general principle.

Not the same at all. I plan to do a youtube video the end of August, but in the meantime:

Take a piece of tissue paper
Cut into strips 3" wide and stack
Snip 1" towards the center on each side, about 1/4" apart
Twist tissue in the center
Fluff open.

Traveling til mid August so no video til then.

So basically you twist instead of tieing a knot. Similar theory, but whatever, oh and Welcome.
