Default Need ideas for a gift basket

Hi Ladies!
I'm hoping you all can give me some ideas for a gift basket. This gift basket will be raffled off at my grandson's school fall festival....more specifically for the school band.
Help....I need some ideas on what to put in the raffle basket!
Thanks.

We just had our school Fall Festival and raffled off baskets. I didn't see all of them, but the one that brought in the most money included tickets for 4 to Knotts Berry Farm! (I'm in CA) Last year the BIG one had a "Family Game Night" theme with numerous board games, snacks, etc. One basket had an "Italian" theme using a large picnic basket, checkered tablecloth, makings for spaghetti, bread, dessert, sparkling cider, an movie (involving Italy, don't remember what), etc. Of course, there's always "Movie Night" with several DVDs, popcorn, snacks, drinks, lap blanket(s), etc.

Since it is for band...perhaps a 'musical' theme with CDs, a CD player?, an inexpensive Karaoke machine?....it would be really cute if an instrument case was used as the 'basket'...even an old guitar/violin case. Just throwing ideas out there....

Good luck & have fun!

We just finished a CVC fundraiser at the large rehab center where I work. I contributed a basket of cards (variety of 18 different ones) and it sold for $67. Here's a link to a pic: Card Gift Basket by cullenwr at Splitcoaststampers Our department made a basket one year 'for the birds' and it brought a good price in the silent auction. It had bird house, bird feeder, suet cakes, books on bird watching/feeding...anything with birds on it. I could go on and on with ideas but those are two recent ones that were successful.
