Also, mine will be at a "Harvest Festival" two weeks before halloween...so I'll also be including:
Halloween cards (singles)
pumpkin poop
mini fruit cans w/candy
If it were closer to Christmas I'd probably be doing Christmas cards and some sort of related candy items...but since mine is closer to Halloween I'm going to theme mine that direction.
I have done beaded pens [HUGE SELLER] altered post it's,fridge notes, clip boards,am going to do snowman soup and push pins this year.Thinking about frap bottles too.

OK having done a few craft fairs here is my advice
Don't make any craft item that you can't turn around and give as a gift yourself...just because you think it is cool doesn't mean it is going to sell...
Try to keep all items at $10 and under - the cheaper the better - especially for smaller gifts for neighbors, teachers, busdrivers, co-workers, etc...
I found cards in sets were not a HUGE seller - I do up maybe 5-6 packs of one sheet wonder type cards to stick in packs - I sell my individually for $2 or 6 for $10 (I will probably up it to $2.50 or 5 for $10 for my next fair) - when people buy 5 I put them in a nice plastic case that is perfect for gift giving...A lot of people liked being able to pick out what they wanted (I have a huge assortement of cards so very few are alike - I always seem to do a few extra when I do swaps and add it to my cards for sale pile)
Found that Holiday cards don't really sell at all considering you can buy a big box of cards for $10 and if people send out a lot of cards it starts getting cost prohibitive to buy handmade christmas cards....thank you, birthday, friend and thinking of you cards on the other hand are hits...
I did do up 3 card totes with matching cards last year and they all sold...but I don't think I would have sold more if I had more - KWIM
Kids Color it Cards were a big hit at my last fair - I had a set of 5 cards w envies (used cheaper Micheals cardstock in a variety of colors as a base) and included a small 8 pack of crayons (4 packs per pack at Dollar Tree) - I put everything in a small cello bag and sold it for $5
Cocoa pull card was a big hit ($2.50) - in order to get envelopes that fit the bulk (overall it is the same size as an A2 card but if you have bulky ribbon) I bought X-mas cards at Dollar Tree for the envelopes (donated the cards to my daughters daycare to use for craft projects)
Small tea bag cards were a hit as well - ($1.50 each or 3 for $4)
Reindeer food is a big hit as well...(mix oatmeal and colored suger into small cello bags with a topper)
Small Magnets are good - especially if you can keep the cost to under $2
This year I am going to be doing 6x9 decorated clipboards - if they don't sell well then I have all my christmas gifts done

You can also make Christmas ornaments for just a little over a dollar. At Michaels they have the clear high gloss plain ornaments by the craft X-mas stuff. Cut a shape on cardstock to fit the ornament - it is hightgloss and will not hold ink, even perm ink smeared - Stamp oyur images and then glue onto ornament. Then emboss in a holographic powder - the entire orn. including the sides of the orns and the hanger part. Then attach a ribbon. It is just a beautiful project and easy to do.
The orns. are only 1.00 at Michaels.
