Grab Bag from Around the Block....
Did anyone else get this? It is valued at $100 and you only pay $35....including shipping!! (US only) http://aroundtheblockproducts.com
I have gotten 3 and the only duplicate I got was the tagger. Here is pics of the last 2 (I didn't take pics of the 1st one )

I was hoping for either the tape writer or the tagger in mine & didn't get either. In my opinion, my bag was a bust (quite a lot of letter brads & pet-related items (having no pets, they won't get much use)). It looks like you did well, though.

That's so strange....I got a tape writer in one and tagger in the other! My Mom also bought 2 and got one of each....
Anybody else have good luck with these??

Hey, stay with us here! We may have a swap op going on here once we all get our grab bags! LOL They will probably have to hire on people to stuff bags once all of the SCS folks get wind of this.

I haven't played with my tape writer but I assume it is like those old label makers that "punched" the letters. They sell stickers like that now! =)
And the tagger is like the thing they attach the tags to on clothes at the store. I have been wanting to try this but just didn't want to pay $20 for it...now that I have it and have played with it, I love it!! I love the way chipboard just "floats" around the card!
I haven't done a search but maybe someone has pics of some cards or projects with it!

Just subscribing so I don't lose the link. I can't do it now - spent all my extra nickels - but maybe next week if it's still offered.

I got mine today. I was excited, but a little disappointed. You all talk about tools and punches, which I dont know what in the world you are talking about anyway but I wanted some anyway. I did say above that I wanted some BLING, but that is all I got in mine was embelishments. I am sure I will be glad to have them when I need some, but I was hoping to get some punches (know what those are) or taggers (no clue). Oh well, grab bag is a crap shoot anyway New stuff is new stuff any way you look at it.

Mine came yesterday, woohoo! I was so excited! So much neat stuff! I got different shaped brads, some cool paper pins, the clipper and two sets of clips, some cool stickers, a basic glitter/flock kit and some Xmas stickers to use with it, a chipboard book kit, and a bunch more stuff. My favorite thing was one of those punch and emboss punches. This one says My Pet which is appropriate for me since I have six cats and one dog.
Definitely worth the money! I'm just sorry I only bought one. I may have to go back and buy another.

I'm thinking that the tools were probably packed into the bags early on, and because the offer has been so popular, maybe they ran out? I've been hearing a lot about people's grab bags and they all seem to be kind of the same and with no tools.

I love ATB products! They have great stuff.
I have to admit, my all time favorite is the tagger gun. I have three! (They come in different colors, so I had to have each one!....blue, pink and purple.)
FUN!

Wow thanks for the link! Too bad they don't ship outside the US, but I found a way to beat the system, lol. I'll have my aunt in the US order 2 for me and then ship them over here. I'm buying her one also because she was the one who introduced me to the paper crafting world.

Oo-oo-oo! I just ordered one! The question has been asked a couple of times, but no answer has been posted. How long did it take for your bag to come? Did it come USPS or UPS or what?

A tape writer is an office supply type thing. It uses plastic tape stuff and embosses letters or numbers on it. (Think office from the 80's and what they would label files with that came in blue, red, green, etc...)
A tagger is the thing they use to attach price tags to clothes (the little plastic pieces) it is to make moveable attachments to a card or pages.

Yes, used some of my bling on my Emboss resist cards for Nanette's Swap! Cool stuff. I love having what I need handy. Gets me off cheaper than going shopping for embelishments, because of course....I never come out with just embelishments! LOL

I got my 2nd one today and it was even better than the first!!! (I am doing everything I can to restrain myself from ordering another). There were two different packs of the mini antiquing tools, plus two (one black, one brown) of the reg. size antiquing tools, and then the scoring tool. There was also the flocking & glitter Christmas kit, AND a really cute little zipper bag, it was really pretty actually, like a goldish color, would make a nice little make up bag.

Maybe I am looking in the wrong spot. I did not see where on the site you can order this. I did see that is said their store was for wholesale only.

This thread was started in May, so perhaps their site has changed. They also wouldn't have a promotion last this long!
