I am! Big time. I just did a card for the sketch challenge today and whatever was on my desk or sitting on top of the pile of papers? That is what I used. I had this embossed flower for 1 YEAR!! that I had never used...was too lazy to try anything else so just grabbed the flower (was stuck onto my poster board which sits in front of my desk) and said, finally I can get rid of this. Saved me a ton of time.
But I find this way of thinking extremely lazy on my part. Because the flower was not necessarily the best way to go with the card. KWIM? I could have done something different which might have worked better. ( I was lucky today, in that the flower worked out ok....)
I also do not seem to want to take the time to pick the right sentiment....I have noticed that the really well done cards seem to always look 'just right'. It looks like a lot of effort went into finding the perfect sentiment; tying in the colors, etc. When this happens with my cards, it is mostly by accident.
Sometimes I'm lazy and use whatever is out but that's because it's easier to use it then it is to clean it up and put it away :-)
I frequently make more of a mess when I look for the "perfect" sentiment/embellishment/etc which means I have more stuff out that I have to just use rather than put away.
However, there are times when I have something very specific in mind and I'm not lazy and make sure I pull out exactly what I need for the card.

Who me???? I'm a lazy everything........ dishwasher, laundress, floor mopper, window washer, stamper...... You name it, I can find the lazy way to get it done or just not do it at all!

I'm not sure if I am lazy or just un-oraganized. But I find that I often do something simplier than what I had in mind 'cause it is such a big effort to sort through piles of stuff to find just the perfect thing that I had in mind. Maybe once I redesign my craft space I won't be a stamper that "settles" ...
If it's no fun to drag out all of your stuff and spend time to figure out something brand new, then it's not lazy to use what's already there. No sense "reinventing the wheel". You spent the time and energy making that flower in the first place. You just finally found the right project to use it on.
Um...does it count if I am so lazy that I write the sentiments out myself because I am too lazy to get out the alphabet stamps? Technically, I'm not even being a "stamper" here because I was too lazy to even stamp!
Yes, I am a lazy stamper. However, there is hope.
I just made 10 thank you cards for an event my DH is hosting and I only used scrap paper for the matting....
NOw if only I would put away the scraps I didn't use???
I make myself put everything away before I can start another project. Sick, I know.
Me, too!
But I do have a small, little tray on my table that I use to "catch" items that maybe didn't work out, but yet I'm unable to bring myself to throw away. Like the flower you mentioned... I've got one in my tray that I made, ohh... like six MONTHS ago! LOL It's a flower that looks exactly like the Dare To Be Fabulous flower... so I stamped it 3 times, cut out the 3 different layers, put them all together with popdots, then ended up not even using it. LOL  So even though I am AR about cleanin up my work space, I do have that little tray sitting there, and I always try to use something from that whenever I start a new project.
Doesn't always happen, though, as in the case of the poor, neglected, 6-month old flower. LOL ;)
You may call it lazy, while I see it as super efficient! What economy of motion! What an organized person to have alllll of those supplies at your fingertips! I bow to your superior skill and efficiency!
