Has anybody ordered from this website before? I purchased some digital art from them this morning and did not get any download link to receive my product. I sent them an e-mail and haven't heard back. This is strange. Usually you are directed back to the website and the download link, or they e-mail you one, but after I purchased it from PayPal, that was it! I guess if I don't hear back in a day or so, I'll have to report them to PayPal. I've never had this happen before. Funny though, there is absolutely nothing that I've found on their site explaining the download instructions. Just wondering if any of you had purchased from them.

Well, they finally sent me the link. I guess I'm spoiled, I've never had to wait that long! Usually as soon as I make the payment I get the download link, and I really wanted to work on my cards this afternoon, since it's a rainy day. They have some very cute button card digital sets. I wanted to buy the stamp set from PTI, but they always seem to be out of whatever set I want to order, and this time I didn't want to wait! I guess patience is NOT my virtue!

Not from that site but I have had to wait a few hours from other websites until the seller sees the order and sends the files...although it usually states that it may take up to xx hours for your file to arrive. Glad you got them! With so many scammers out there, it does make you nervous. Now I have to go check them out too!
