General Shipping time from Canada to US
 
Can someone tell me a "general" rule of shipping time from Canada to the US?

I ordered a stamp set from a company in Canada. It was shipped July 26 is it too soon to be concerned?

I'd say, yes. I generally think it takes about 3 weeks give or take to get things to the US from my town.
