Smile Take a look at my X-Mas Cards

Please take a look at my christmas cards. Its the last page in the cards folder. Also, take a peek in the Stamp Camp folder to see what I made at my very first SU Stamp Camp this past Sunday. In the stamp camp folder the holiday card faux stiching could have been done a little better. Need to work on that. My suggestion for next time would be to do the faux stiching holes then stamp then go over it with the white gel pen instead of stamping, doing the holes then making the lines. It would help me to better line things up. But thats why I went to learn. Please take a peak and let me know what you think.

The red car carrying the tree was very cute! I like how the tree bent like a real tree does when you are taking it home!

yes, all of the pictures in the albums are mine. I'm a picture freak. When we went disney this past Feburary we took 1500 pictures within a weeks stay. I just wish I scrapped more. I don't have to much time. I guess if I spent less time picture taking and more making my albums I wouldn't have a problem. LOL!:p

The dress card is my favorite from stamp camp. For my christmas card the car and tree are actually an embossing stencil. I'm still working on embossing. I get it embossed with a problem but when I cute it out or color it in (if needed) I lose the embossed look. So I just traced the pattern onto the front of my card then traced the car onto red cardstock, and same with the tree cut them out and pop dotted them onto the traced image on the front of the card. It didn't work out the way I wanted to (embossed look) but it still worked out for me. Still got a lot of learning.
