Fold out mini album
 

Help! I am looking for instructions to make a fold out mini album. The base is a horizontal strip that has photos that fold out vertically at each end (3 each) and in the middle(3). It holds a total of 9 pictures and folds up into a square. Any one able to identify with this description?
