Outgoing answering machine messages

Hi everyone! I am looking for suggestions of outgoing messages for our answering machine. We only have one phone line in our home, so I receive personal as well as business phone calls. I want our answering machine message to let people know that I am a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator without making my business sound more important than my family. Any suggestions?

Here's how we handle it at our house:


"You have reached the home of ______ and ______ Smith, and the home of _______'s Stampin' Up! business. Please leave your name, number, and message, and we'll return your call as soon as we can."


Just before and during Sell-A-Bration, I also have a short blurb like:

Right now, any order of $50 or more qualifies for a free stamp set!

of course, today you could add a blurb about the free calendar.

I'm not a demo but I do do in-home child care so I also get business calls for that. This is what my machine says.

Hello you have reached the ___________ family and __________ child care. Please leave your name and number and general information and I will give you a call back as soon as I'm able. Thank you for calling. Bye.

It is pretty generic but it works.
